Every evening, the scent of smoke drifts through the coconut trees, and our chefs light up the open BBQ under the stars. Here, food is slow, honest and full of heart. Just the way it meant to be.
We cook with ingredients grown right around us. vegetables and herbs from our garden, fresh fish from the nearby lake and the sea and meats from the trusted farmers.
Every plate tells a small story of the land, the fire and the people who make it.
